Event Report

Three electric cars on display - Tesla Model 3, Model S and a Chevy Bolt EV - drew students and staff to our DEED / GGEVA table at the University of San Francisco Earth Day event. Our three volunteers - one with each car - engaged in dialogue and answered questions about the cars and charging. We found out that an increasing number of staff are turning to plug in cars for their commute.

Event Description

The Golden Gate Electric Vehicle Association will be hosting a table at the University of San Francisco's annual Earth Day event. We welcome USF students and neighbors with questions about electric vehicles to find us in the quad. Electric vehicle drivers will be available to answer questions about EV ownership, leasing and charging.

Three dozen environmental organizations, student clubs and campus departments will also have tables at this outdoor event. There will also be a food truck and live music.
