Hi and thank you for participating in the Evie McWheelie Coloring Contest, brought to you by EV Advocates, Ventura County Regional Energy Alliance, and Ventura County STEM Network in partnership with interested teachers from Ventura and Santa Barbara County School Districts.

The Evie McWheelie Coloring Contest will launch on Monday, April 16^th and continue through Wednesday, April 21^st.  

Registered participants will be sent the Educational flyer, blank coloring page, and instructions on April 20th.

Coloring Contest Rules:

1.     Participants can use the coloring page provided or they can create their own electric vehicle. 

2.     If the participant wants to learn some electric vehicle basics, they can read the EV Information Handout find more electric vehicle related            information at Electric Drive 805 or Plug In America.

3.     Participants will scan the drawings and email them to [email protected]  by 1 pm on Thursday, April 22^nd.

4.     All participants will be entered to win one $10 Target gift card. 

For an Added Bonus:

If a participant is interested, they can take Evie McWheelie with them as they travel around town. The participant can take a picture of themselves and their drawing alongside an EV or EV charging station, or even better, of an EV getting a charge. participant can e-mail their photo image to [email protected]. 

The Coloring Contest is open to participating classrooms/teachers in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties or participants not included in a participating classroom/teacher program. 

The Evie McWheelies and other electric vehicle drawings will be displayed at the 2021 Virtual Santa Barbara Earth Day Festival during the Virtual Green Car Show on April 23^rd
