Event Report
Festival Foods of Somers, WI, was the site host of this fabulous event. The corporate staff (Samantha) and store staff members (Jessica and Justine) were excited to help us in every way possible. They offered us access to their parking areas and their Level-2 charging stations and their cart lobby for our signage. Two other nearby Festival Food stores also helped with the signage from their stores. It was a true team effort.All of the EV exhibitors were informative, gracious, and passionate about their EVs, and I am certain the attendees felt great learning about EV technology. The Earth Day weather was perfect (with the exception of some wind gusts which flew the informational material down the street a few times). It was a fun time for all of the exhibitors and thrill-seeking attendees.

Event Description
Festival Foods, Somers will be having a Drive Electric Earth Day DEED celebration. DEED is presented nationally by Plug In America, the Electric Vehicle Association, the Sierra Club, and EVHybridNoire.
This local event is presented by Drive $MART Wisconsin.
Local EV owners and EV advocates will be providing information about Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Hybrid-Electric Vehicles (HEV), and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV).
- We will have several BEV/HEV/PHEV vehicles on display and some will offer exciting test rides!
- Reserved Parking for the EVs that are being Displayed and EVs where rides will be offered.

All the Auto manufacturers' new EVs with driving range and MSRP prices through Plug In America datasheets.
Local dealerships' inventory of used EVs with miles driven and dealer pricing with your own online searches.
Festival Foods, Somers will have two Level-2 J1772 charging stations available at their Northwest parking lot.
Cost is FREE for 3 hours.
