Event Report
We were constantly busy for the entire event talking to folks about EV's, charging, buying and driving. In coordination with Montgomery County, we collected pledges for folks to make their next purchase an EV as part of an upcoming EV purchasing co-op. An invited dealer brought three used EV's for ride and drives, and was constantly busy, which was very encouraging.
We had three drop-in exhibitors as well, new EV drivers who were so excited that they wanted to spread the word. Our anchor vehicle was a 2-week-old Rivian R1T. We also had a Chevy Volt mounted with six solar panels which provided charging while parked. Our positioning was ideal, since we made up the corridor people had to travel along to enter the main gym.

Event Description
The Electric Vehicle Association of Greater Washington DC (EVADC) will have EV's on display, hosted by their owners, as part Rockville Science Day, which has a huge variety of science and technology-related exhibits, activities, games and demos. Answer your questions about EV's from people who drive EV's!
We will be in the parking lot near the entrance to Montgomery College, and we'll have tabletop exhibits, information and tchotchkes.
NEWLY ADDED: Fitzgerald Auto will have new EV's available for Riding and Driving. Even if you're not currently shopping for one, try one out to see what the buzz is about.
