Event Report
It was beautiful day at the park for our Drive Electric Earth Day event! We had a dozen different EVs on display from private owners who shared their driving experience with the public. The local Mercedes and Chevy dealers offered test drives in the latest Chevy Bolt and Mercedes EQ cars. You should have heard the reaction from the folks who were driving an EV for the first time. "This is my next car!" and "That was amazing!" were heard more than once! And many were eager to learn about the the way to cash in on over $10,000 of incentives and tax credits on their EV purchase or lease. Event partners Central Coast Clean Cities Coalition, SLO County APCD, and SLO Rideshare also educated the public on the many ways we can all lower our carbon footprint, clean up our atmosphere, and enjoy a healthy a planet. We also had a wide variety of e-bikes available for test rides, furnished by Bike SLO County and Pedego of Pismo. Exciting event all around!

Join us for an e-MOBILITY SHOWCASE and RIDE & DRIVE
at the Earth Day Fair and Music Festival in San Luis Obispo!
Earth Day is recognized in over 120 nations around the world. An annual Earth Day Fair has taken place in San Luis Obispo County since 1990 and we are excited to showcase and offer rides in or on electric cars, bikes and other green transportation modes. Our local Chevy and Mercedes dealers will be offering test drives in their latest EV models. The e-Mobility Hub will be part of a larger event promoting actions to protect and preserve our environment for present and future generations. The Earth Day Festival and EV Showcase is made possible by the efforts and support of:

Thanks to a generous grant from Electrify America and Plug In America, lunch vouchers will be given to the first 50 attendees who take a test drive and to all those who show their EV at the event! Pass the word!
