Event Report
The weather was beautiful and so were the cars! Marlin, the gem of Falls County, is a conservative and shy-but-curious. We had a lot of real slow drive-bys with people looking hard but only a handful were brave enough to stop and interact. We had a brief visit with Michael Magouirk with the Marlin Chamber of Commerce and will be following up on his requests for more information and more community involvement. We also enjoyed meeting other EV owners and learning about their experiences.

Event Description
2nd annual DEED EVent.
EVs on display, owners available to answer questions, educational displays and handouts.
Bring Your Own Cord! Level 1 charging will be available at the pavilion.
The city of Marlin currently does not have public charging for visitors. The only charging station in Falls County is the Level 2 at the Ford dealership, which is always occupied by an employee's car. If you're lucky they'll let you use it for a few minutes but I wouldn't count on it.
