Event Description

An electric vehicle (EV) Ride & Drive event will come to the DC Fast Charger on Tennessee Tech's campus for Drive Electric Earth Day! Join us for this in-person ride and drive event! This  event will give all participants a chance to test drive an EV first hand. Visitors are also welcome to chat with our students and faculty about the EV ecosystem and ask any questions that come to mind about EVs or their chargers.

Do you own an EV or hybrid vehicle and want to share your experiences with others? Visit at any point during this event and talk with us or other visitors about your car and the benefits and challenges of EV adoption. We'd love to see your car!

We will be at the EV charger by the baseball field parking lot (red student parking) with a variety of fully electric vehicles, including a Ford Mustang Mach-E, Nissan Leafs, Chevy Bolt EUVs, VW ID4s, and a brand-new F150 Lightning!
