Event Report
Virginia Clean Cities (VCC) was invited to host a booth at the Fredericksburg Earth Day on the Rappahannock. In addition to an informational display including the 2023 fuel economy guide and Alternative Fuels Data Center, VCC had an E-Bike, Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle, and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle on display. While the event was cut short due to rain, it was a successful day!

Event Description
The mission of the Fredericksburg Earth Day Festival is to provide an enjoyable and engaging family-friendly event devoted to environmental awareness and stewardship.
Join us for the 2023 Earth Day Festival! This event will be filled with fun, family activities to celebrate Earth Day. Participate in virtual events leading up to the festival and then come to Old Mill Park on Saturday, April 22 for our annual festival. This FREE festival is filled with interactive activities, live music, delicious food, and much more. From citizen science projects to art contests, and live music to live animals, there is something for everyone! Sponsored by Fredericksburg Parks, Recreation, & Events.
