Drive Electric Northeast Ohio EV lineup in front of the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Rhino Exhibit.
It was a rainy start to the day but turned out to be a nice afternoon with a good crowd and many questions about EVs.

Drive Electric Northeast Ohio volunteers electric vehicles include a Chevy Bolt, Tesla Model 3, Chevy Bolt EUV and Tesla Model Y. Three simultaneous events for this Earth Day celebration had the Drive Electric Northeast Ohio volunteers spread thin. The Cleveland Metroparks displayed a Cub Cadet and Green Works zero turn electric riding mowers along with an Electric Ford Fan, Chevy Bolt and a Electric Mobile Street Food Van Cart. |
Event Description
The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is partnering with Drive Electric Northeast Ohio for Earth Day to show our support with an Electric Vehicle Display.
The EV display will be adjacent to the Rhino Exhibit from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Our volunteers need to assemble together by 9:30am in the "Lion Lot".
Electric Vehicles will be on display inside the zoo from 10am until 3p, but can leave in an emergency.
3 to 5 experienced owners are needed to show-off their EV and talk with others who have questions about what it's like to drive and own an EV.
Volunteers will have free admission to the zoo for the day.
