Lots of electric bikes/scooters this year.
The Kalamazoo Nature Center showed their new electric tracked "trail chair", a mobility aid for people who are physically unable to walk the various nature trails. Several people were able to try it out.
The new Chevy Blazer EV RS drew a lot of attention.

Event Description
Big Electric Vehicle show coming to the fantastic Kalamazoo Nature Center for Earth Day, 2024! We expect 15-20 EVs along with their owners on display on the lower parking lot of the KNC. The Nature Center itself will be open as well, with displays and activities for the whole family. The event takes place on Saturday, April 20, and in honor of the day, admission will be free the entire day. Everyone is welcome, from all levels of interest. See a variety of electric vehicles all in one place, with their owners ready to answer questions and explain how they work in the real world. Informal, open-house style, come any time between 10:30 am and 3 pm and stay as long or as short as you like.
