Event Report
Michigan Clean Cities and affiliate NextEnergy presented to youth and adults at the Downtown Boxing Gym's Earth Month programming on April 23, 2024, about electric vehicles and charging. We'd like to acknowledge Bedrock, which reconnected our team with DBG. The presentation included a static display of a Volkswagon ID4 SUV and a level two charger from Bosch. This event offered a great opportunity for youth to hear about and share what they know about EVs and career pathways in electrified mobility. Approximately 100 attendees participated. Social media outreach following the event reached the followers of NextEnergy and DBG. At least 30 engagements are documented across all social media promotion of the event on LinkedIn.
