Event Report
How many miles can an electric
vehicle (EV) owner drive on a single charge? How much money do EV owners actually
save on fuel and maintenance costs? And how much EV charging happens at home,
as opposed to public charging stations?
Those questions were answered Saturday by members of the Birmingham Area Chapter of Drive Electric Alabama at an Earth Day EVent at The Market at Pepper Place in Birmingham’s Lakeview neighborhood. A wide selection of EV makes and models were on display during the EV showcase.
