Members of the Bay Area Chapter
of Drive
Electric Alabama showcased a variety of electric vehicles (EVs) during the
City of Mobile’s Earth Day celebration at Mobile Japanese Garden on Saturday, April 20.
Twelve members of the Bay Area Chapter showed off their EVs and talked one-on-one with anyone interested in learning more about EVs. A wide selection of EV makes and models was on display.
“It’s always refreshing and fun for EV owners to show off their vehicles and answer questions,” said Dale Holden, a leader with the Bay Area Chapter of Drive Electric Alabama.

Event Description
Please join us in west Mobile as people from around the Bay Area gather at the Annual Earth Day Celebration. Learn about the fun and cost savings of driving an electric vehicle. Come Enjoy this beautiful area and, if you are an EV owner, register to showcase your electric vehicle and answer the public's questions. Your personal experience owning an EV can address many questions potential owners might have....Folks want to see and understand what all the EV interest is about!
