We had two relatively new (less than 6 months) first time Y owners from Battle Creek and from Lansing (Both had been long time Bolt owners, and one had purchased the second Volt produced [in 2011]!).  There was also a former Bolt owner with a Rivian (from Grand Rapids).  A BMW i4 owner came from Dewitt. He had purchased his first Bolt in 2017.   From Barry County there were 2 Bolts, a 1 month old Cadillac Lyriq, an Audi e-tron, and 2 plug-in hybrids (Prius Prime and Ford Fusion).

Next time I need signage and more space. And the Expo was a kid-friendly event and kids looking for candy or give aways were leading their parents.

The Kalamazoo Electric Vehicle Association (SW Michigan chapter of the EVA) will bring a variety of electric vehicles for display to the 3rd annual Barry County Chamber of Commerce Business and Community Expo.  This event takes place on Saturday, April 13, 2024.  The show and tell will start at 10:00 in the morning in the upper parking lot at Hastings High School, and continue until 1:00.  Several vehicles will be on display with owners nearby to answer questions and share their experiences with electric vehicles.  All are welcome to come any time between 10 and 1.
