Event Description
Welcome and thanks for considering this family friendly Earth Day event.
You can register for this event as an attendee or volunteer.
Very few display EVs will be allowed due to space restrictions.
Dozens of other environmental groups will participate in this event.
Due to limited space we can only allow 2 or 3 more EVs for display since we already have at least 3 EVs confirmed.
Please contact me in advance by phone or text to discuss bringing an EV for display.
Event parking is limited - carpooling recommended.
There will be food trucks at the event.
The following information was provided by the organizer when I registered.

Hello Jerry,
Thank you for registering Electric Vehicle Association - Silicon Valley Chapter for Earth and Arbor Day Festival.
You are registered for 1 table and 2 chairs, and we have space to accommodate 6 EV’s.
The festival is on April 20 from 11 am to 3 pm at Library Park Field, 10800 Torre Ave.
A few reminders to help you and your organization prepare for success.
- This is a zero-waste event. Please be mindful about the free give-away items do not just add to the landfill. QR codes are encouraged to reduce paper hand-outs.
- Vendors will be unloaded by 10 am which is when you will be able to park your EV’s.
- We anticipate several thousand people at the event. Please carpool, if possible, take advantage of the bike racks, or ride our local SV Hopper.
- There should be lots of volunteers to help assist you throughout the day.
- The event is rain or shine. Bring a canopy to help protect you from the elements. Most of the booths are on grass.
- Each person who is working your booth will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
You will receive an email from me the week before the event with additional information including waiver of liability, event maps, booth location, parking pass and more.
If you believe there is an error in your registration, please let me know as soon as possible.
Thank you again for your enthusiasm for this community event.
Happy Earth Day,
Victoria
