Mayor of Yellow Springs, Pam Conine, and City Manager, Johnnie Burns, were in attendance with this event. Village Solar, a member of Drive Electric Dayton, was an exhibitor. The Kia EV9 was a curious draw. Tesla, VW and Audi eTrons prompted attention and interesting comments/questions.Great crowd, accessible location, and a delightful community to share our Earth Month EV display with.
Event Description
Yellow Springs is a progressive community supporting forward thinking efforts to provide sustainable lifestyles for all. Drive Electric Dayton promotes EVs FOR ALL and is honored to participate with Yellow Springs in their extensive Earth Day program by Showcasing EVs, answering questions on the benefits (health, economics, & environmental) of driving an EV. Children's activities, plant-based recipes, food trucks, native plant sale, live music, recycling and composting, and introductions to the new Great Council State Park. Enjoy!
