Event Report
Our EV Expo was an outdoor attraction at an annual Green Energy and Home Show. The home show itself was on Saturday April 5 from 9-4pm but the EV Expo was from 11-2pm. We had a good 500 people wander through the EV Expo with no rain this year. We were grateful for a local dealership Pape Chevrolet and Pape Subaru for bringing the Equinox EV, Blazer EV, Silverado EV, Solterra. We also had on display an EV school bus. Lucid of Boston drove up to Portland, ME with twoLucid Air vehicles that garnered a lot of attention. Lots of EV owners, and the Bike Coalition of Maine offered e-bike test drives as well. We even had an Ionic 5 owner making popcorn by plugging in power from his car.

The EV Expo is produced in partnership with ReVision Energy and Efficiency Maine, and will include a wide selection of plug-in vehicles, including some available for test drives. Tour the cars, talk with electric vehicle owners, get your questions answered and sign up for a test drive. Efficiency Maine will also be on hand to discuss available rebates. The EV Expo will only be open from 11-2pm.
