Event Report
Thanks to all our participants and volunteers. This was part of a much larger Earth Day Expo held again this year in Rapid City, SD. We had the support of the Automotive Technology Department at Western Dakota Technical College who lent us the great indoor shop area to display the following EVs: - 2022 Nissan Leaf
- 2021 Ford Mustang
- 2024 Subaru Solera
- 2022 Chy Bolt
- 2024 Chevy Equinox
- 2018 Tesla S
- 2023 Nissan Ariya
We were able to talk to a lot of people about the benefits of driving EVs and appreciate all the great literature that was supplied by DEEM that we were able to hand out.

Event Description
We're having another Drive Electric event in conjunction with our 2025 Earth Day Expo in Rapid City, SD. It will be from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at Western Dakota Technical College who are hosting the event along with the Rapid City Sustainability Committee, Dakota Rural Action, and the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. Numerous EV's will be on display in the Automotive Technology area at WDTC where you can see them & talk with dealers and owners about their experiences.
