Celebrate Earth Day is a community celebration hosted by Gateway Technical College designed to share information and encourage participation in activities that help us live our lives in a more environmentally friendly way. The event will be held on the Kenosha Campus of Gateway Technical College, 3520 30th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53140 on Saturday, April 12 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The Wisconsin Electric Vehicle Association (in cooperation with Plugin America and the Sierra Club) will host an outdoor display of Battery-Electric (BEV) and Plugin Hybrid (PHEV) vehicles, while Drive $MART Wisconsin will present an indoor tabling display promoting Diversified Electrified Vehicle driving by utilizing the Drive $MART Wisconsin technology for Battery-Electric (BEV), Plugin Hybrid (PHEV), and Hybrid Electric (HEV) vehicles.
