The 2025 Green Mountain Energy Earth Day at Discovery Green is all about renewable energy and its power to change the planet for the better. Visitors are invited to learn more about  EVs, solar, wind, water and other forms of renewable energy with all the fun interactive art and activities Houston has come to expect from Discovery Green. Watch chalk artists create live murals, enjoy musical performances, crafts for the whole family, exhibitors, food and more. Green Mountain Energy Earth Day is presented by Discovery Green in partnership with Houston Public Works Waterworks Festival. Community partners include Citizens’ Environmental Coalition and University of Houston, Downtown.
