On Earth Day 2025, the Electrifying Virginia Partnership brought together a dynamic panel of experts and leaders for a webinar focused on the future of workforce development in the electrification sector. From the importance of increasing education opportunities to the critical role of cross-sector collaboration, our speakers shared valuable insights into how we can grow and strengthen the talent pipeline deemed to power the energy transition.
Moderated by Dr. Shelley Francis of EVNoire, the panel brought together a dynamic group of leaders who shared their insights on preparing Virginia’s workforce for the rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) and clean transportation sectors.
