Event Report
This was an Earth Day celebration of Somerset Community College. Evolve KY has tabled at this event for many years. There are many educational experiences for kids including microscopic examinations of nature, Raptor pellet dissection's, Butterfly tent experiences, etc. There are many environmental and sustainability displays for all ages. There were presentations to indoor audiences. Matt King of Evolve gave a presentation promoting EVs.We had 8 EVs on display. Of the 200 or so visitors to our table 60 were what I designate as "in depth discussions" taking 10-15 minutes of discourse. There was a lot of interest in our large display of EVs. We even had a E-Hummer!
The atmosphere was festive, the weather fine, and this was a very productive event.

Event Description
Evolve KY has tabled and had a EV Showcase at this event for several years. It is a very productive event. This event has a welcoming and inquisitive crowd. They have many activities for children such as a "Butterfly Tent", Inside science lab for kids to dissect Raptor Pellets to discover what they eat, tree giveaways, etc.
