The Earth Action Expo is an annual event sponsored by the Midland Chapter of the American Chemical Society. The 2026 theme is “Into the Woods with Chemistry" but will also include many other aspects promoting Earth Day, including an electric vehicle display.  The event is family-friendly with things to see and 'hands on' activities for all ages, as well as vendors selling items plus food trucks. There will also be several presentations dealing how we all can help our planet. Its free to the public and so is parking.

It will be held rain or shine, with most activities indoors. An outdoor area will be sectioned off for EV owners and dealers to show off and talk about their vehicles. We are trying to get a good cross section of  EVs displayed in a special section in front and on the side of the school (with duplicates close by in the parking lot) so please let us know you are coming and what vehicle you are bringing by registering through the DEEM website and contacting Gina at: [email protected]  so we can plan placement of your vehicle accordingly / send you detailed information ahead of time.
