The Electric CARnival at Boulevard Drive-In combined an electric vehicle display, carnival games, food trucks, informational booths, circus acts and an EV-themed scavenger hunt to provide fun for the whole family with electric vehicle education. The vehicle lineup was robust, and attendees left the event with an increased positive perception of electric vehicles, according to post-survey results. A standout attraction was the DeLorean display, which generated significant excitement among attendees who frequently stopped to take photos with the vehicle. Its popularity aligned closely with screenings of Back to the Future and Back to the Future Part II, which likely helped drive attendance and overall engagement. Partners and sponsors included Charge Across Town, GM, Evergy, Circus Scorpius, Good Energy Solutions and Eastside Innovation.
