Event Report

WCVI's EV Library Community Resource Fair brought together community members, families, youth, parents, and caregivers on Earth Day in Acton, CA. WCVI worked with the Acton Agua Dulce Library to ensure we included the community's interests about Electric Vehicles (EVs) and sustainable transit. Through this we were able to create a welcoming, educational, and vibrant atmosphere for attendees of all ages. We had interactive demonstrations that broke down complex EV topics, making the information highly engaging and easy to understand for multi-generational crowds.

Event Description

The event will feature 10 tabling organizations, including trusted nonprofits, public agencies, and local partners who will be onsite to share resources, answer questions, and connect attendees with information on EV incentives and available support. In addition, the event will include one to two electric vehicles onsite for live EV charging demonstrations. Our partner, the William C. Velasquez Institute (WCVI), will also be hosting a tree or plant giveaway and providing light refreshments for attendees.
