This year, the Bisbee Science Exploration and Research Center (BSERC) will host its first annual Earth Day Celebration on April 22nd from 3PM - 6PM at 519 West Melody Lane.  

Through BSERC's current practices in the lab and the plans for the Bisbee Backyard Project, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase its focus on regenerative ecosystems and sustainability. This event will also feature efforts county-wide to preserve the environment, including representatives from the city, Kartchner Caverns, the National Wildlife  Federation and Firewise. We will also host local businesses and environmentalists who are excited to share how they help the environment through their services and products. Electric vehicles and solar energy, including solar electric vehicle charging, will be highlighted with special demonstrations.

Food trucks will supply eating opportunities, and we might even have music! This event will celebrate the environment while showcasing the environmentalists within Bisbee's community and will be suitable for the whole family.
