RIVERFEST – Saturday May 2, 2026


2026 is the Year of the Brook Trout at Riverfest!

Programs, activities, and EV displays start at 10am and continue throughout the day. EV owners will be present to answer your questions. Various environmental groups will be present and educational information available. Food trucks on-site!

This FREE annual event takes place river-side at Constitution Park in Waynesboro, VA. Activities include Reptile World shows, Stream Safari, presentations by the Wildlife Center of Virginia, Fish and Fun Rodeo, Farmer’s Market, canoe rides, kids arts & crafts, Stream electro-fishing with DGIF and is capped off by the … Great South River Duck Race!!

The event is rain or shine; in case of heavy rains the EV portion may be cancelled.
